Banking Consultant - Corporate & Personal Banking

About the role

Join MSZ Consultancy, a leading corporate services firm in Dubai, as a Banking Consultant focused on corporate and personal banking. You will act as the trusted link between clients and the UAE’s top banks, managing end‑to‑end account opening while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable corporate and personal banking solutions based on business activity, nationality and residency.
• Manage the complete account opening process for Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore, DIFC/ADGM, holding entities and individual clients.
• Review incorporation and KYC documentation to meet UAE Central Bank and bank requirements.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, follow up on applications and ensure successful account activation.
• Provide guidance on KYC, AML, UBO, Source of Funds, Source of Wealth and Enhanced Due Diligence cases.
• Liaise with sales, operations, compliance and accounting teams to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain regular client communication, offering updates and resolving concerns.
• Support cross‑selling of company formation, PRO, accounting, tax and Golden Visa services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Commerce, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in corporate and/or personal bank account opening.
• Established relationships with UAE banks such as Emirates NBD, ADCB, Mashreq, FAB, RAKBANK, HSBC UAE, Wio Bank or similar.
• Strong knowledge of UAE banking compliance, KYC, AML, UBO, Source of Funds and Source of Wealth requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
