Banking Executive – Business Setup (Dubai)

About the role

RadiantBiz is seeking a Banking Executive to support entrepreneurs, startups and international investors with their corporate banking needs in the UAE. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and banking partners, ensuring a smooth account opening experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with corporate bank account opening requirements and procedures.
• Coordinate with local and international banking partners to facilitate account opening processes.
• Advise clients on documentation, KYC and compliance requirements.
• Track account opening applications and provide timely updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking relationship managers.
• Collaborate with sales and business‑setup teams to deliver integrated banking solutions.
• Collect and submit client documentation accurately.
• Address client queries and resolve banking‑related concerns.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in banking sales, relationship management, banking operations or DSA channels.
• Knowledge of corporate banking products and account opening procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
