About the role
The Barback supports bar operations by ensuring bartenders have the tools, stock, and setup required to deliver fast and efficient service. This role is essential to maintaining bar flow, cleanliness, and service readiness during busy periods.
Key responsibilities
- Restock bar stations with spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar stations, storage areas, and back bar.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating bar stock and support inventory checks.
- Support opening and closing duties and follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures.
Required profile
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and progress within bar operations.
Required skills
- Ability to restock and organize bar supplies efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in a bar setting.
