About the role
The Barista role at Aloft focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through high‑quality food and beverage service. You will be part of the Guest Service team, ensuring every interaction adds value to the guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to Aloft standards.
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, handling supplies and equipment safely.
- Assist guests with menu information and respond to their needs throughout their visit.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
