About the role

Join the Le Méridien team in Dubai as a Barista, delivering memorable coffee and beverage experiences for our guests. You will work in a vibrant airport‑road location, contributing to the overall hospitality atmosphere while upholding our high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, taking orders and handling payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, including equipment sanitation and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
• Professional appearance, reliable attendance, and a commitment to a safe workplace.
