About the role
A café in Sharjah, UAE is hiring a full-time female barista. The position suits candidates with at least 1 year of barista experience and is open to all nationalities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and other menu items according to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Operate coffee machines and keep the coffee station clean.
- Take customer orders and handle requests professionally.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Assist with daily café operations and work effectively with the team.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic latte art.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
