About the role
Join Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort as a Barista, delivering high‑quality beverage service in a luxury hospitality environment. You will ensure guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous service and uphold the brand’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to recipe and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary bar area, following health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with training new associates, providing coaching and positive reinforcement.
- Open and close shifts, execute revenue and check control procedures, and manage daily associate scheduling.
- Maintain coffee machines and bar equipment, coordinating repairs and inspections.
Required profile
- Ability to stay calm and professional during high‑volume periods.
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and associate teamwork.
Required skills
- Operation and basic maintenance of coffee machines and bar equipment.
- Adherence to health, safety and sanitation standards.
