About the role
Join a well‑established, award‑winning restaurant group in Dubai as a bartender, delivering high‑quality beverages and exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers’ preferences and make beverage recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to create cocktails and present the bar menu.
- Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area and uphold food‑and‑beverage regulations.
Required profile
- Proven working experience as a bartender.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Computer literacy.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
