About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join the bar team at Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel, part of the Colbert Collection. The successful candidate will deliver an excellent guest experience by crafting classic and innovative drinks that exceed expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess guest preferences and make tailored drink recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to create cocktails and present the bar menu.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Maintain compliance with all food and beverage regulations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a large luxury hotel (minimum 500 keys) is required.
- Pre‑opening experience is an advantage.
- Proven work experience as a bartender.
- Strong communication, active listening, and flexibility to work shifts.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
