About the role
NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking an energetic, guest‑focused Bartender to join its Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve beverages while creating memorable experiences for guests in a premium hotel setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and hotel standards.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and readiness, including stock rotation and inventory support.
- Process guest orders and bills accurately using the POS system.
- Communicate with service colleagues, kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest feedback and requests promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- Previous bartender experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant or bar.
- Good command of spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails and bar operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
