About the role
We are looking for a dynamic bartender to create memorable guest experiences at our hotel bar. The role goes beyond mixing drinks – you will act as a host, ensure the bar runs smoothly, and respond to evolving guest preferences.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, staying up‑to‑date with current trends and local offerings.
- Maintain the bar’s appearance, equipment, and inventory to ensure flawless operation.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Build relationships with hotel staff, guests, and the local community to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
- Uphold safety standards, follow uniform and appearance guidelines, and perform physical duties such as lifting up to 25 lb.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of relevant bartending or beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
