About the role

Atlantis The Royal, a luxury resort on the Palm Island in Dubai, is hiring a Bartender for its Nobu by the Beach bar and restaurant. The role covers preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, anticipating guests' needs and working closely with the service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar and restaurant
• Anticipate the needs of guests
• Work closely with the service teams
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained

Required profile

• WSET Level 2 or similar bar course
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a team player and manage multiple tasks
• Confidence dealing with a diverse clientele
