About the role
The Rush Bar at W Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated bartender to craft drinks, serve wine and champagne, and ensure a clean, welcoming bar environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drink orders accurately using standard recipes and measuring systems.
- Open and serve wine and champagne bottles, and manage bar inventory including ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tables, and equipment, and handle washing of glassware and removal of soiled items.
- Process all payment methods, count cash at shift end, complete cashier reports, and secure receipts and bank.
- Secure liquor, beer, wine storage areas and perform closing duties.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of bartending or related hospitality experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Drink preparation and garnishing.
- Cash handling and point‑of‑sale transactions.
