About the role
Join Chanel's Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Dubai Hills for a 6‑month temporary position as a Beauty Advisor. You will be part of a high‑end sales team delivering personalized luxury experiences to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored beauty consultations, promoting makeup, fragrance and skincare products.
- Build and maintain a loyal client database through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs by cross‑selling across all boutique categories.
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards and support daily operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in high‑end or luxury retail sales.
- Fluent English; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, intercultural mindset.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of luxury beauty products and latest beauty trends.
- Ability to handle client complaints according to brand guidelines.
