About the role

As a Bellman at DELANO Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless and memorable. You will embody the brand’s refined yet relaxed style, providing attentive service that reflects the luxury standards of the DELANO brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, polished welcome and farewell to guests, creating a lasting first and last impression.
• Handle guest luggage with care, discretion, and efficiency.
• Escort guests to and from their rooms, offering personalized introductions to property features.
• Provide directions, answer enquiries, and share hotel information in a friendly manner.
• Coordinate with valet and transportation services to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and transfers.
• Maintain lobby and entrance areas in immaculate condition, adhering to DELANO presentation standards.
• Support front‑office and concierge teams during peak periods to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or minor issues, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort as a bellman, porter, or guest services associate.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, professional, guest‑focused approach.
• Physical ability to handle luggage and remain active throughout shifts.
• High attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Team‑player who collaborates effectively with front‑office, concierge, and valet teams.
