Bellperson – Luxury Residence Hospitality

About the role

The Bellperson is the first and last point of contact for residents and guests at a luxury serviced residence. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with luggage, and provide information that enhances the overall stay experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly on arrival and assist them during departure.
• Handle, transport, and store luggage safely and efficiently.
• Escort guests to their residences, introducing facilities and services.
• Load and unload luggage from vehicles and coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Security.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, taxis, directions, and general enquiries.
• Deliver messages, packages, newspapers, amenities, and other items promptly.
• Maintain an organized, secure luggage storage area and keep the lobby and bell desk clean.
• Recognize returning residents, VIPs, and regular guests to provide personalized welcomes.
• Support the team during busy periods, group movements, and special events.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Bellperson, Bell Attendant, Porter, or similar guest‑facing role.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, serviced residence, or high‑end hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Warm, friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and work proactively.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi attractions and destinations is a plus.
• Physical ability to handle luggage safely.
• Team player who can adapt to diverse work schedules.
