About the role

Join La Petite Maison as the Beverage Manager for a brand‑new beachfront venue in Dubai, inspired by the French Riviera. You will be responsible for curating the complete drinks program, leading the bar team, and ensuring the beverage experience matches the restaurant’s high culinary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full beverage offering across the bar and wine cellar.
• Develop, refresh, and maintain cocktail and drinks menus.
• Lead, coach, and develop the bar team.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control.
• Drive beverage revenue while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading beverage operations in a premium venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
• Commercial mindset with focus on costs and margins.
• Leadership ability to develop and motivate staff.
• Fluent English communication skills.
