About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert on the Wet Deck ensures that food and beverage operations run smoothly, creating a memorable experience for guests at W Hotels. This role involves setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, all while maintaining high standards of safety and service.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, assist kitchen staff, and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
- Replenish supplies and support the smooth flow of food and beverage service on the Wet Deck.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
Required skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance, and work on sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Capability to read and verify menu information and perform hands‑on tasks such as moving, pushing, pulling and placing objects.
