Bid Manager – AI‑Augmented

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to lead end‑to‑end bid processes for complex ICT and digital transformation projects in the UAE. The role combines deep proposal expertise with AI‑augmented tools to accelerate document analysis, drafting and compliance tracking while maintaining full human oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification, bid/no‑bid analysis, through submission, clarification, negotiation and hand‑over to delivery.
• Use AI extraction tools to analyse RFP, RFI and tender documents, generate requirement breakdowns and validate all outputs.
• Develop and maintain bid schedules, compliance matrices, responsibility trackers and submission checklists.
• Collaborate with solution architects, presales engineers and technical SMEs to create cohesive ICT proposals covering cloud, cyber, infrastructure and managed services.
• Direct AI‑assisted drafting of technical and commercial sections, ensuring thorough review, fact‑checking and alignment with bills of quantities and vendor quotations.
• Maintain final accountability for proposal accuracy, enforce strict quality‑control processes and manage data‑handling protocols for AI tools.
• Identify bid risks, exclusions and contractual gaps, and work with legal and finance teams on mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing bids for ICT, digital transformation or similar technology projects.
• Strong understanding of RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and commercial negotiation.
• Ability to work with AI‑augmented tools while ensuring human validation and risk oversight.
• Excellent coordination skills with cross‑functional technical and business stakeholders.
