About the role
Aventus is recruiting, through a leading international law firm in Dubai, a bilingual Arabic / English Paralegal to support its Corporate and Litigation teams. The role involves working closely with lawyers on corporate, commercial and contentious matters, in an office-based position in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence in Arabic and English
- Supporting the Corporate and Litigation teams on ongoing client matters
- Liaising directly with UAE government authorities, courts and relevant institutions
- Coordinating filings, notarisation, visa applications and licensing procedures
- Managing client communications and administrative requirements
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken (essential)
- Previous paralegal experience in a UAE law firm, ideally supporting Corporate and/or Litigation teams
- Familiarity with UAE government procedures, filings and regulatory requirements
- Strong organisational, drafting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
