BIM Architect – Dubai

About the role

The BIM Nation is seeking an experienced BIM Architect to lead the execution of BIM processes on a daily basis for high‑rise mixed‑use projects in Dubai. You will support the architectural design team, develop detailed BIM models, and ensure compliance with international codes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day BIM workflow and provide technical support to architects and management.
• Create original design concepts, layout plans, and preliminary BIM models for client presentations.
• Develop detailed working BIM models, drawings, and specifications for contract documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM projects, including bid support and review of BIM‑related submissions.
• Review shop drawings, specifications, and material recommendations for contract compliance.
• Prepare record drawings and as‑built models upon project completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of BIM Architect experience on Middle Eastern, high‑rise mixed‑use projects.
• Background in an architectural consultancy with strong concept, schematic, and detailed design skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously within a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills with senior architects and management.

Required skills

• Professional‑level proficiency in Revit.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Experience with Dynamo, SketchUp, and Rhino (preferred).
• Familiarity with international building codes and BIM quality‑assurance procedures.
