Branch Accountant – Toyota & Lexus Dealership

About the role

The Branch Accountant provides specialised financial support to the Toyota and Lexus dealership, covering showroom, service and spare‑parts operations. This role ensures accurate recording, monitoring and reporting of all financial transactions in line with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain order conditions and pricing, coordinate with credit control, verify documentation and issue invoices promptly.
• Manage revenue and petty‑cash processes: post bank transfers in SAP, monitor cash float, oversee cheque clearance and handle customer refunds according to AFM policy.
• Prepare and archive sales invoices, cancellations and gate passes; support audit documentation.
• Execute financial reporting, monitor OPEX & CAPEX, ensure compliance with internal controls and follow‑up on open purchase orders.
• Perform surprise cash counts and other ad‑hoc finance tasks as required.
