Branch Accountant – Toyota & Lexus Dealership

About the role

The Branch Accountant will provide specialised financial support to the Toyota and Lexus dealership in Ras Al Khaimah, covering showroom, service and spare‑parts operations. The role ensures accurate recording, monitoring and reporting of all financial transactions in line with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain order conditions and pricing, coordinate with credit control, verify documentation and issue invoices promptly.
• Manage gate passes, billing cancellations and archive sales invoices according to SOPs.
• Prepare documents and evidence for internal and external audits.
• Verify and post bank transfers against invoices in SAP, monitor petty‑cash float and process pending claims.
• Oversee cash and cheque collections, ensure insurance coverage for vault limits and supervise cash desk deposits.
• Sign, file and hand over collection verification records for future reference.

Required profile

• Experience in dealership or automotive accounting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Familiarity with cash handling, bank reconciliation and audit documentation.
