Brand Designer – Luxury & Packaging

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Brand Designer to create high‑quality visual assets and uphold a consistent luxury brand identity for a leading organization in Dubai. This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand assets across print, digital, and on‑site applications.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple global touchpoints.
• Design premium guest‑facing materials such as menus, event collateral, campaigns, and branded experiences.
• Create packaging solutions for retail, amenities, and F&B products, ensuring premium finishes.
• Prepare production‑ready files and coordinate with vendors for top‑tier print output.
• Integrate AI‑powered creative tools to support ideation and efficiency.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and digital asset libraries.
• Review and guide design outputs from internal teams and external partners.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of brand or graphic design experience, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or premium brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑end branding and creative execution.
• Arabic speaking ability is preferred.
• Proven experience in packaging design and print production processes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of materials, finishes, and printing techniques (embossing, foiling, special coatings).
• Ability to apply strong typography, layout, and colour principles aligned with luxury standards.
