Brand Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Brand Marketing Specialist will support the coordination and execution of Midea marketing activities across the UAE and overseas markets. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role acts as the primary liaison between Taqeef and Midea, ensuring smooth communication, timely follow‑up, and effective delivery of agreed campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Director in developing and executing Midea’s annual marketing plan for the UAE and overseas markets.
• Manage and maintain the annual marketing calendar, adapting global and regional campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate with Midea regional and global teams on campaign assets, approvals, expenses, and reporting.
• Develop and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogues, presentations, product videos, digital content, POS materials and sales tools.
• Collaborate with product, sales and technical teams to translate product features into clear, customer‑focused marketing messages.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, track campaign performance, and report KPIs to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in brand, product or trade marketing.
• Experience in HVAC, consumer appliances, electronics or distributor‑led businesses is a strong advantage.
