Business Analysis Manager

About the role

The Business Analysis Manager will lead the analytics transformation for Etihad's Operations division, turning data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and cost savings. You will design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that support day‑to‑day decision‑making across multiple operational units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑quality BI reports and interactive dashboards for the Operations division.
• Monitor performance of reporting suite and deliver monthly insight reports to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through advanced analytical solutions.
• Communicate findings and present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage user acceptance testing and oversee rollout of new reporting systems and upgrades.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements with minimal defects.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining dashboards and BI solutions.
• Experience in the aviation or travel industry, particularly in operational areas, is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience using GitHub or similar version‑control tools for code management.
