Business Analyst - Automotive

About the role

The Business Analyst in the After Sales Department will analyse service and spare‑parts data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to support growth and decision‑making across Al Rostamani Trading Company’s automotive business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse after‑sales service and spare‑parts data to spot patterns, trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports monitoring after‑sales performance.
• Act as the primary contact for OEMs for forecast, actual reports and ad‑hoc data requests.
• Collaborate with Group IT and MIS to optimise reporting systems and data outputs.
• Create accurate forecasts for services and parts based on historical data, market conditions and industry trends.
• Work with service managers, parts managers and workshop leads to set data‑driven sales plans and targets.
• Identify risks and opportunities to refine after‑sales strategies and improve KPIs.
• Partner with the CRM team to enhance utilisation of customer data in after‑sales initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Track after‑sales KPI achievement, benchmark branch performance against industry standards and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field (advanced degree or certifications in Business Analysis, Data Science or Sales Analytics are a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
• Proven experience in sales data analysis, forecasting and process improvement.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate insights to senior leadership.
