Business Analyst – Dubai (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

Efficio is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Dubai team, supporting procurement and supply‑chain projects across the UAE and MENA region. The role works under senior consultants, providing data‑driven insights that shape client recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and synthesise large data sets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Justify conclusions and recommendations with rigorous, fact‑based analysis.
• Assist consultants in developing and issuing RFPs and evaluating supplier proposals.
• Prepare inputs for client presentations and help visualise analytical results.
• Support day‑to‑day project delivery and collaborate with team members.
• Interact with clients and suppliers as required.

Required profile

• Strong communication, empathy and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work proactively, challenge the status‑quo and innovate.
• Experience in tackling complex challenges within a management consultancy or relevant industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
