About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a leading organization in Dubai that operates across IT, Banking, Finance, E‑commerce and Digital Transformation sectors. The role supports business growth and transformation initiatives, helping clients turn requirements into actionable solutions while building an international career in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and business optimisation.
• Perform data analysis to support decision‑making.
• Assist in business transformation and digital initiatives.
• Prepare reports, documentation and business insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirement gathering and process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyse data and deliver business recommendations.
• Experience with digital transformation projects is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
