Business Analyst Manager

About the role

A commercially driven, strategically minded and highly analytical Business Analyst Manager is sought to partner with the General Manager and senior leadership in driving business performance, strategic planning, business transformation and cross-functional initiatives. The role supports Sales, After Sales, Parts and other operational areas, turning complex business data into actionable insights and growth opportunities. It sits in the automotive, commercial and heavy vehicles, B2B sector.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business performance across Sales, After Sales, Parts and other functions against budgets, targets, forecasts and history, and provide recommendations to the General Manager
• Lead monthly business performance reports, KPI dashboards, executive management packs and business reviews, and set consistent reporting frameworks and KPI definitions
• Develop business strategies, growth opportunities, feasibility studies, budgets and business cases for new projects
• Drive business improvement and transformation, establish baselines, track benefits and support continuous improvement
• Oversee key business projects, maintain plans, trackers, issue logs and risk registers, and give weekly updates to management
• Act as a key coordination point between the GM and business functions, lead discussions and build relationships with senior leaders
