Business Analytics & Power BI Lead

About the role

The Regional Business Analytics & Power BI Lead will drive data‑driven decision making across four regions, integrating NetSuite with Power BI and delivering executive dashboards, predictive models and forecasting solutions for Finance, Sales and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the NetSuite‑Power BI analytics environment across four regions and develop executive dashboards.
• Translate business requirements from FP&A and regional leadership into KPIs, analytical solutions and scenario models.
• Analyse regional performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance gaps.
• Build predictive analytics, forecasting and scenario analysis to support business planning.
• Standardise KPIs, reporting structures and data definitions across regions.
• Leverage Power BI AI features such as Copilot, Q&A and Smart Narrative.
• Explore advanced analytics using Python, Azure ML, AI Builder or Azure OpenAI where required.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics or Data Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Proven experience integrating NetSuite with Power BI.
• Background in Finance, Sales and Operations analytics.
• Experience in forecasting, predictive analytics and scenario modelling.
• Commercial and financial acumen with senior stakeholder management skills.
