Business Development Executive – B2B Sales (Mid‑Junior)

About the role

Adcourt, a boutique legal and corporate services firm in Dubai, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and expand its client base across the UAE. You will work closely with entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs and international companies to help them establish and grow their presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals and industry events.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for corporate services, company formation and free‑zone licensing.
• Advise clients on the most suitable business setup solutions and present tailored commercial proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to contract negotiation, deal closure and client onboarding.
• Collaborate with Licensing, Client Relations, Operations, Legal, Marketing and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client records in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE corporate services, free zones and business licensing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and client management.
