Business Development Executive - Driving Licensing

About the role

Bin Yaber Driving Institute L.L.C is hiring a Business Development Executive to sell its driving licensing services and grow registrations. The role is permanent, based in the business development and sales department, with a salary of AED 4,500 to AED 5,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Sell driving licensing services according to set targets and norms, and promote sales campaigns proposed by management.
• Explain ongoing promotions and the required documentation to customers, and assist them with transactions.
• Conduct market research to find competitive strategies, selling opportunities and customer needs.
• Seek new prospects through cold calling, networking and social media, and visit corporate and high-profile customers.
• Build relationships with existing and new customers, update them on advanced services and discounts, and create a new database covering the target audience.
• Convert existing customers into future prospects, attend meetings and present services, and negotiate and handle complaints and objections.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, gather customer feedback and follow up with credit clients each month.
• Liaise with internal departments for smooth service, maintain customer details, sales and correspondence records, and follow QHSE procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of experience.
