Business Development Executive - ELV Division

About the role

A Business Development Executive is needed for the ELV division in Dubai to generate leads, acquire clients and close sales of ELV solutions such as CCTV, access control, intercom, structured cabling, AV systems and other low-voltage systems. The role suits candidates with 3-5 years of experience in ELV, IT or security systems; sponsored visa holders and immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research B2B and B2C prospects through online directories, social media and market research.
• Run daily outbound telecalling campaigns to pitch ELV products and services.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date lead and client records in the CRM.
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations and site visits for senior sales executives and the technical team.
• Deliver online or in-person product presentations tailored to client needs.
• Nurture existing leads and follow up on warm leads, handling objections and sharing BOQs.
• Track competitors and industry trends, and assist in negotiations, quotations and deal closing.
• Report daily, weekly and monthly on call volume, conversion rates and pipeline status.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of UAE experience in ELV, CCTV, security systems or IT sales (mandatory).
• Proven B2B lead generation, cold calling and B2B sales experience.
• Any graduate degree; a technical background in ELV, electronics or IT is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented; UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, access control, intercom, SMATV, AV, networking.
• Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

Salary is AED 4,000 - 5,000 plus incentives.
