Business Development Executive – Healthcare (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Executive to join a leading psychiatric clinic in Dubai. You will be responsible for expanding patient acquisition by building referral networks with hospitals, polyclinics and general practitioners across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert new patient leads through outbound outreach, networking and strategic partnerships.
• Establish and nurture relationships with hospitals and polyclinics lacking in‑house psychiatric services.
• Engage General Practitioners, educate them on clinic services and create a steady referral pipeline.
• Represent the clinic at industry events, business councils, medical exhibitions and professional meet‑ups.
• Develop and execute patient acquisition strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Monitor competitor activity, uncover untapped market segments and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with medical and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient journey from referral to appointment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in clinics, hospitals or other healthcare settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Existing relationships with GPs, polyclinics and hospital administrators in the UAE are a strong advantage.
• UAE driving licence preferred; fluent English required, Arabic a plus.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
