Business Development Executive

About the role

BESHOR, a Dubai-based company specializing in food supplements and health and wellness products, is expanding its presence in the UAE and international markets. It is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to support this growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE and international markets, and research and evaluate potential markets for expansion.
• Approach and negotiate with potential distributors and business partners, and build relationships with distributors, pharmacies, retailers and key accounts.
• Follow up on product registration in new markets and coordinate with distributors and regulatory teams, and liaise with manufacturers and international partners on product documentation and registration requirements.
• Develop market entry strategies and introduce BESHOR products into new countries.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing and distribution terms, and monitor existing markets to help distributors meet sales targets.
• Prepare regular business development reports on new opportunities, ongoing negotiations and registration progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in food supplements, pharmaceuticals or healthcare products.
• Experience in UAE and international markets, and knowledge of distributor networks.
• Familiarity with product registration procedures in the GCC and internationally is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
