Business Development Executive – Recruitment Sales

About the role

Staffora HR Consultancy is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive corporate client acquisition and promote tailored recruitment solutions across the UAE. This position offers a fast‑track sales career for both experienced professionals and energetic fresh graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect prospective B2B clients needing talent acquisition and manpower services.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn networking and field visits.
• Conduct consultative meetings to understand hiring needs and present customized recruitment proposals.
• Nurture long‑term client relationships to generate recurring job orders and high retention.
• Monitor regional hiring trends and market demands to tailor workforce solutions.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or telesales; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
• Confident presenter, self‑motivated, persistent and quick to learn sales workflows.
