Business Development Manager – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

XAD Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the construction and infrastructure sector across the UAE. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and government entities.
• Generate qualified leads, acquire new clients, and manage business accounts.
• Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and infrastructure opportunities across the UAE.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
• Promote services such as civil works, MEP, infrastructure, manpower supply, and facilities services.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, estimation, and project teams for effective handover and execution.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven B2B business development experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market and established industry contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts and secure new projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• UAE driving licence and immediate or short‑notice availability.
