Business Development Manager – Forex & Trading

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our fast‑growing Forex and Trading division in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring high‑value clients and introducing them to our trading platforms while expanding our presence across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share in the Forex and CFD space.
• Identify, approach, and onboard high‑value traders and introducing brokers (IBs).
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and active trading activity.
• Collaborate with internal product, compliance, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven business development experience, preferably within Forex, CFD, or proprietary trading firms.
• Existing client book or network of active traders and the ability to convert them into long‑term partners.
• Fluency in Russian is highly preferred; proficiency in other European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong sales, relationship‑management, and negotiation capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed growth targets consistently.
