Business Development Manager – GCC Brands & Agencies

About the role

Attractor, an AI platform for creators, is looking for a Business Development Manager to sell creator‑driven campaigns to brands and platform access to agencies across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role is hands‑on, based in Dubai, and involves finding buyers, shaping offers, closing deals and growing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win brands running creator campaigns and agencies that can use Attractor across the GCC.
• Generate opportunities via outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, events and industry relationships.
• Conduct discovery calls, qualify budgets and timing, and co‑create offers with internal teams.
• Present Attractor, negotiate terms, close deals and hand them over to the campaign or product team.
• Grow each account post‑sale through repeat campaigns and expanded platform usage.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and report weekly on pipeline, forecast and revenue.
• Provide market feedback on objections, pricing signals and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 3+ years selling to marketing budgets in the GCC, preferably creator or influencer campaigns, media, advertising or marketing software.
• Proven track record of personally sourced and closed deals with quantifiable results.
• Established relationships with brand marketing teams or agencies in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in professional Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate and travel across the GCC.

Required skills

• Experience selling marketing software or AI tools to agencies.
• Knowledge of creator/influencer campaign ecosystems.
• Familiarity with media advertising agency services.

What we offer

• Base salary plus commission on closed revenue.
