Business Development Manager - Holiday Homes

About the role

A holiday homes operator in Ras Al Khaimah, with a growing portfolio of apartments and villas in communities such as Al Marjan Island and other beachfront locations, is looking for a Business Development Manager. The role expands the property portfolio by identifying, approaching and onboarding new property owners and investors, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new property acquisition opportunities across Ras Al Khaimah.
• Build relationships with property owners, investors, brokers, developers and referral partners.
• Present the holiday home management proposition and convert prospects into clients.
• Manage the full onboarding process, from initial discussions to handover to the operations team.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective landlords and investors and build partnerships with real estate agencies and brokers.
• Work with operations, reservations and marketing teams to launch newly acquired properties.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new developments, and meet agreed acquisition and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-4 years of business development, real estate, property management or holiday homes experience.
• Previous experience in the UAE real estate or hospitality market is highly advantageous.
• Existing relationships with property owners, investors, brokers or developers in Ras Al Khaimah is an advantage.
