Business Development Manager - Interior Fit-Out

Careers International is recruiting a Business Development Manager for an Interior Fit-Out company in Dubai. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, building client relationships and driving revenue growth through project acquisition. Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads within the interior fit-out industry
• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, real estate firms and clients
• Pursue new project opportunities across Dubai and surrounding markets
• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Work with design and project teams to meet client requirements
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events and industry forums

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience in the interior fit-out industry (mandatory)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing large-scale projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
• UAE driving license required

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the Dubai business market and its players
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently, with strong negotiation and networking skills
