Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager based in Dubai to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets for Neex Securities LLC.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Forex, Indices and Commodities markets.
• Build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, operations and marketing, to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Analyze market trends and prepare regular sales performance reports.
• Represent Neex Securities at industry events, conferences and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within financial services.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic plans.
• Minimum three years of FX sales experience within a brokerage firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel as required; existing client portfolio is a plus.
