Business Development Manager

About the role

Savills is looking for an experienced, Arabic‑speaking Business Development Manager to expand its property management portfolio across Sharjah and Dubai. The role reports to senior leadership and aims to generate new mandates and cross‑service referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target residential and commercial block‑management opportunities, focusing on multi‑family towers and industrial assets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of landlord, developer and investor relationships, converting leads into signed mandates.
• Position Savills as the preferred management partner and deliver tailored proposals and fee structures.
• Generate referrals for leasing, valuation, sales and commercial agency teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide regular pipeline reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of real‑estate experience, including at least 3 years in business development.
• Proven track record in acquiring block‑management mandates in Sharjah and Dubai.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Goyzer or Yardi.
