Business Development Manager – Real Estate (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding real estate development team in the UAE. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with brokers, investors, and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company’s real estate projects.
• Build, manage, and continuously expand relationships with real‑estate brokers and agencies across the UAE.
• Keep partner agencies actively engaged, informed, and aligned with ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Reconnect with inactive agencies to revive partnerships and boost sales activity.
• Maintain regular communication through meetings, calls, presentations, and project updates.
• Support agencies with the latest marketing materials, pricing, and project information.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth areas.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute project launches and campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
• Prepare regular reports on agency performance, sales pipeline, and market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• 3–5 years of business development experience within a real‑estate developer in the UAE.
• Strong network of brokers and real‑estate professionals in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Experience with off‑plan property sales and knowledge of Dubai real‑estate regulations is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
