Business Development & Marketing Manager (12‑month contract)

About the role

Clifford Chance is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support its Debt Finance Group in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in translating the firm’s global growth strategy into actionable client‑focused initiatives, working closely with partners, lawyers and other professional functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners, lawyers and internal teams to identify and convert key client and market opportunities.
• Develop and deliver targeted business development and marketing plans for the Debt Finance product line.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the broader BD strategy.
• Support the execution of cross‑functional initiatives that drive sustainable growth for the firm.
• Monitor market trends and client feedback to refine outreach tactics.
