Business Development & Marketing Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

YANA Restaurants is seeking a full‑time Business Development and Marketing Manager to lead brand‑building initiatives and drive guest traffic at its Saadiyat Island location in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to senior management, you will shape and execute marketing strategies that align with the restaurant’s innovative Pan‑Asian and Peruvian cuisine.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and local partnership initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, tourism partners, and community organisations.
• Coordinate events, collaborations and promotional activities in close collaboration with operations and culinary teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports and manage the marketing budget.
• Ensure all communications reflect YANA’s brand standards and support the guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience with market analysis, lead generation and partnership management.
• Strong background in brand positioning, campaign planning and promotional strategy.
• Experience in the hospitality, restaurant or F&B sector is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
