Business Development Representative – Enterprise AI Solutions

About the role

Cohere is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth for its enterprise AI portfolio. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, translating complex AI capabilities into business value and building a pipeline of high‑potential leads.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts across finance, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, public sector and other industries using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
• Make 40+ outbound calls and send personalized emails daily to decision‑makers such as CTOs, CIOs and Business Unit leads.
• Qualify leads with the BANT framework and record interactions in Salesforce to maintain a clean, actionable pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign response rates.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings and Cohere’s product roadmap to position solutions effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of B2B sales experience.
• Experience engaging enterprise customers in technology‑focused sectors.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
