Business Development Representative

About the role

The Business Development Representative will support BeyondTrust's outbound sales teams by driving strategic prospecting and extensive account research. You will generate new pipeline, nurture early‑stage opportunities and help create a world‑class experience for prospects and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Nurture early‑stage opportunities and maintain active engagement with prospects.
• Identify and research key decision makers within target accounts.
• Partner with Account Executives to source net‑new pipeline and assist with account planning.
• Enter prospect information into Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
• Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns and attend regular product training sessions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and listening skills.
