Business Engagement Manager

About the role

The Business Engagement Manager will act as the strategic bridge between the Operations Division leadership and the Ops Analytics team. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will enable data‑driven decision‑making and support operational transformation across the airline’s core functions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with senior operations stakeholders, including C‑suite and VPs.
• Translate complex operational challenges into clear analytical requirements.
• Drive the delivery of actionable insights that improve cost efficiency, service excellence, and overall performance.
• Shape analytical roadmaps to anticipate emerging business needs and address key efficiency and service challenges.
• Monitor the impact of implemented recommendations and adjust strategies to sustain improvements.
• Prioritise and communicate all analytical and reporting needs in line with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of operational processes and business drivers within an airline or similar large‑scale operation.
• Proven ability to influence executive decision‑making with data‑based recommendations.
• Experience working closely with data analysts or scientists to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure seamless alignment between operations and analytics teams.
